Our double room was huge and modern. The breakfast was savoury with local food and cheese and the great view, so much to pick from. Very central location right by a quiet area as well as big green mountains, it was in a good area.

This guesthouse is perfect for an overnight stay with strong Wi-Fi. You'll enjoy a huge variety of delicious meal options. The recently refurbished rooms are brand-new and offer stunning mountain views. The staff is very welcoming and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square. It's conveniently close to hiking trails to Ushguli and is situated in a peaceful area of town.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would love to come back here some time. The breakfast food was great, with milk, yogurt and cheese etc. The room was big size and warm enough, especially an exceptional view from the window. The really kind staff helped us during visit. The location was marvellous, to everything in the area, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are spacious with stunning mountain views, and the private bathrooms are just as described.

The position of the hotel was amazing, very close to the main square. The bed was very comfy and room new-fashioned.

We had a room that came with a terrace and a dining area, which was great! This venue is located in a really convenient spot, just a short walk from the bus station and the town center. Plus, it's close to Zugdidi, making it easy to explore the area. 🌟.

Room with a balcony: Our room at the guesthouse was equipped with a lovely balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Sitting out there with a cup of coffee in the morning felt like being on top of the world.

Thin walls: The only downside we noticed during our stay was the thin walls between the rooms. Some noise from neighboring guests could be heard, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

Our stay was quite comfortable. The hotel offers local breakfasts and modern rooms, which we liked. Every staff member was really helpful.

Having spent Christmas at this guesthouse, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. the owner, Tea, made us feel like part of the family. the breakfast was hearty and delicious, exactly what we needed before venturing out into the beautiful surroundings. the location was ideal, with easy access to the center and breathtaking views. Tea was extremely helpful in arranging day trips and providing useful information.

While our stay was mostly fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. It was a bit challenging to close the window in our room, and we had to ask for assistance.

We were kinda surprised by the very nice hospitality at this guesthouse. The hosts were great too ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even arranged transportation for our tours and served delicious homemade breakfasts. The room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the main attractions in the area. we highly recommend this guesthouse for a nice experience.

This place is centrally located in the nearby villages close to hiking trails, mountains, town, restaurants, and activities.

The staff were very friendly. The location was magnificent and close to everything in the area. The double room we had was brand-new with 4 beds. It was lovely and nice. The hotel was close to the main city center of Mestia and Ushguli. It was easily reachable on foot and just a short stroll away from the property.

The room was modern and huge, with an amazing view of the village and the mountain. The very central location and very kind staff were the highlight of this really comfortable stay. I tried milk, yogurt, and cheese on the terrace.
